Changes to mailboxes on virtual domains are normally performed by your domain administrator. The procedure is to login to WebMail using root@domainname (change domainname for your domain name) as username and the password for your dialup account. Then select the "Account Options", "User Administration" to add or remove mailboxes within the number included on your account (usually 15
for WebBusiness acounts and 30 for WebEnterprise accounts)
or to change passwords on existing mailboxes.
