Content Controls only affect the websites you visit with your browser. In other words, obscene language is not filtered from the e-mail you receive, nor are domain names that have their web page blocked restricted from sending you e-mail.
However, these email messages could be flagged by our Spam Control so you can create rules in your email program to dispose of these messages as you desire. For example, in Outlook Express you can use the Message Rules option from the Tools menu to create rules.
