(Answer) (Category) PRW.NET FAQ's : (Category) Content and Time Controls :
Can I override the content controls temporarily to be able to visit one site?
When your computer receives an Access Denied web page instead of the actual web page, the site has been blocked. This page has a link where you can temporarily override filtering for this login session. Your content controls will be restored on your next login. The Access Denied page also provides a link to submit the site for evaluation if you feel that the site should not be blocked.

You can also specify a separate password to temporarily disable Content Controls. To do this login on the Members area (members.prw.net) and specify the desired password in the Controls section.
