Why do I get a message about "simultaneous logins" ?
"Simultaneous Uses" are connection attempts with your username at the same time there was an active session with the same username. The suggested corrective action depends on the cause of the problem:

1. If your username and password are installed on more than one computer you should consider removing them from the computers you don't frequently use.

2. If you accidentally made your password available to another person please change it visiting www.prw.net and selecting "Change Password".

3. If your computer disconnects frequently and ocassionally your session stays in use for a few minutes after hanging up, consider updating your modem software.
