(Answer) (Category) PRW.NET FAQ's : (Category) WebAgenda :
Why do deleted messages keep showing up ?
Most people use WebAgenda as a complement to another email program (Ourlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, etc.). That is why the default configuration does not erase messages from the server, such that you may retrieve them afterwards with your regular email program.

If WebAgenda is the only email program you use, go to 'Options, Accounts', select your email account and uncheck the "Leave mail on server" option. This will erase messages from the mail server when they are read on your WebAgenda Inbox.

If you use multiple email programs to access the same mailbox, only one of them should be able to delete messages on the server (e.g. the "Leave Messages on Server" option should not be selected). All others should leave messages on the server, so deleting a message from the local Inbox would have no effect on the messages at the server.
