(Answer) (Category) PRW.NET FAQ's : (Category) SPAM Control :
How can WebMail block SPAM ?
To block SPAM with WebMail, select "Change my processing rules" on the Accounts Options list. Create two rules that look as follows:

Field Rule Value Move To
Header contains X-RBL-Warning Spam
Subject contains SpamAlert Spam

The first rule will handle messages marked as SPAM using the Message Analysis test whereas the second rule handles the List Lookup test. These examples move mail to a "Spam" folder. You can delete the messages by selecting the "delete" action on your rule.

WebMail message rules have the advantage of being executed before mail reaches your PC, which could be more efficient if you decide to delete SPAM messages before they reach your Inbox. Note that some messages marked as SPAM may be valid. We do not recommend that you automatically delete mail unless you have determined that no valid email is marked as SPAM.
