How can I block the HAPPY99 virus ?
Some email viruses can be blocked using domain processing rules which can be implemented by your domain administrator. This includes the HAPPY99 virus (Happy99.Worm). To block this virus using rules follow this procedure:

1. Login to WebMail using root@domainname (change domainname for your domain name) as username with the password for your dialup account.
2. Select the "Domain Processing Rules" option.
3. Add a rule that contains the following data:
    Seach mail when the: Header
    contains
    Search String: X-Spanska
    to the Mailbox: Virus
This will more mail containing "X-Spanska" on the header to a folder called "Virus". This folder can be browsed with WebMail to determine whether the blocked messages should be deleted.

Domain processing rules help in preventing the propagation of email viruses but are not a substitute for updated antivirus software. For full protection, users should have updated antivirus software on their equipment.
