(Answer) (Category) PRW.NET FAQ's : (Category) Business Accounts :
How can I access my WebBusiness mailbox from older email software ?
Business acounts at PRW.NET use virtual domains for email. The username for email should include the domain in the form user@mydomain . For example, if you are user jperez at domain mitienda.com the username for your mailbox will be jperez@mitienda.com .

Older email software may not handle correctly an "@" in username. If that is the case with your software, susbtitute the "@" for a "%", e.g. username%mydomain or jperez%mitienda.com in the example above.

This is not applicable to current email clients such as Microsoft Outlook 2000, Outlook 98 and Outlook Express.
