(Answer) (Category) PRW.NET FAQ's : (Category) ISDN :
Is it possible to use two "B" channels for Internet access at 128 Kbps and still be able to receive fax or voice calls ?
You can only use two channels at a time. Yet, with the appropriate line and modem options if you are using two channels and a voice call is received, one of the data channels will be dropped so your fax or phone can receive the call. You should consider setting up your modem or router to enable BACP (Bandwidth Allocation Control Protocol) to use the second channel "on demand", e.g. only when more than 64 Kbps are needed.
